Sliced (should have sharpened the knife first, dulled from cutting the pizza in the cast iron)

Five us ate them all. My bean modification was: Five slices of butter, five cut up bacon slices and mustard

Glad you had something good to eat while the Giants lost again, Chuck! The ribs and fixin's look like they turned out great!

What'd ya think of this whiskey/juice mop?

.....In addition to your thoughts on the mop, do you like that whisky for sippin'? :)

Love those ribs. Bet they were wonderful. Anything with whiskey has to be good.

Cool mop & that's one bad-*** knife.

Ribs look really good Chuck. Cutting pizza in a CI pan is not only tough on your knife's edge, it's not doing your pan's seasoning any good either.

In addition to your thoughts on the mop, do you like that whisky for sippin'? :) R
I don't think I could gag it down. It's way over the top for drinking. Maybe it would be good in a mix, but even that...

However everyone in my family is a huge fan of Old Camp American Whiskey (black banner) We're big fans of Florida Georgia Line and that's how we discovered it. We keep our bottle(s) in the freezer, because we like this Whiskey ice cold.

I will continue using the Peach Pecan as my mop sauce for anything pork, especially ribs and butts. I cut mine with apple juice (50/50) but you don't have to. Just put it on lightly throughout the cook so that it doesn't burn

Thanks everyone for the kind comments, these were really good ribs and yesterday was a really fun day with the family
