Trying a new recipe for some low sodium lower fat pork sausage. This time I’m going to try using pork loin for the meat, I know it might not have enough fat in it but with them being on sale for $1.89 a pound I thought I’d give it a try.
Got a three pound plus roast and ran it through on the finest blade.
Added the spices and we’ll see what happens.
Well it came out really good, need to cut back on the red pepper flakes a little for Barb but I’ll definitely do this again.
