You have all been posting some great pictures of dawgs and brats, especially the ones from Wisconsin that I have been jonesing for some dawgs and brew. So right after I put 5 pounds of pork belly on the smoker I got the dawgs on the performer.

I did the spiral cut on two of the dawgs and just did small cuts on the other two, as you can see I got a little happy with the knife, I just figure I will give one of the kids that dawg.

Didn't spend too much time on the grill.
and platted with a new brew

A nice lunch....and the little piece of sausage ended up being a little taster for me.
