Love the Copper Perforner!

Very nice! Now go back and replace are the cheap nuts/washers that weber gives you and replace with stainless steel, you will thank me later. Cleaner job to do while brand new!

Tom, which ones specifically do you replace? All of them? If you could break it down that would be great! Do you know the sizes?

Also, is this necessary if you never plan on disassembling?

Thanks!

IME the first part that may need replacement in a couple of years or sooner will be the One-Touch Chimney Ash Sweeps which will require removing the bowl on a Weber Performer.

Before purchasing my Weber Performer Deluxe last January I needed to replace the Ash Sweeps on my six-month old Weber Mastertouch which has a Weber two(2) year guarantee on these Ash Sweeps.

They are all the same thread size, just different lengths. 1/4-20
Off the top of my head...
Lid bale you'll need 4 washers and 2 nuts for the top wire part and a bolt, but and 2 washers for the bracket piece.
Burner tube needs 2 bolts, 2 nuts and 4 washers

The leg screws you'll be fine leaving the original ones in. Same with the "top" screws that hold down the table and bowl to the frame...again, all these are the same 1/4-20 thread.

I replace all the bolts the attach to the bowl with SS on all the grills I buy/sell.... especially my keepers.
