Lobsters


 
Even out here in the hinterlands, I can get whole live lobster. I did that once for my g/f's birthday (steamed, split & cleaned, stuffed, then grilled,) and that's a LOT of work. Now, we get flash frozen tails, and about 80% of the meat for about 10% of the effort (thaw, butterfly & grill over a low charcoal fire.)

Joan, that does look GOOD.
 
A little Lobster Hoop Netting I suppose, your a lucky gal Joan. Might have to work some fresh Lobster into Labor day weekend.
 
Speaking of lobster (again) just had to bump up this thread. My daughters first post here, trying to get her to do more.
