Loaded Beef Ribs

Went to the local butcher and asked for beef ribs with meat on them. Just so happened I was standing directly in front of what they call "Loaded Beef Ribs". Bought a couple of racks and put the on the WSM last Sunday.
Out of the package seasoned with SP.

On the WSM, no trimming.

After about 7 hrs @250. IT around 197.

Set for about an hour, sliced and ready to eat.

These were the best ribs I have tasted. The wife agreed. I am amazed at the difference the WSM has made after cooking on an electric smoker for the past few years.
 
Consider yourself lucky to find good meaty Beef back ribs, they are becoming as rare as unicorns. I need to try short ribs like Chris did above. At least you can find those WITH meat on them.
 
I found some like that at Albertson and will be cooking them this weekend I hope. Love beef ribs
 
Kelly those ribs look fantastic. I have just never had any luck with beef ribs. They always cook down to a stringy little morsel on the bone. I love the way yours turned out.
