Leg of Lamb

Boneless leg of lamb, made a paste using rosemary, mint, oregano, parsley and olive oil. Spread it all over the lamb and seasoned it with Cavenders Greek Seasoning and placed it on the rotisserie

Cooked till 130, took around 1.5 hours

Rested and sliced

Fried up some potato wedges and tossed them in lemon juice, oregano, olive oil and Cavenders.

Warmed up a pita and added some of the lamb, tzatziki sauce, onion and tomato. Some of the best leg of lamb I have ever had and by far the best one I have ever cooked.

I've had Goat before but not Lamb,Your cook looks super flavorful and delicious John! Taters look good too! Love that final shot with the Pita bread!

jim, I feel your pain. My wife will eat lamb but my daughters won't. Since they are on their own now I will have to try this.

John, great to see more lamb being Q'd. A very underrated meat IMO, & perfect for the grill.

Loving the Greek twist to your cook. Nicely done, & I'd eat those lamb stuffed pitta's all day long.

Leg of lamb is on my "to-do list". You sir, are making it look that much better! Great looking food.

That looks amazing, John! Which grill did you use?

And I'm with Tony, lamb is a very underrated grilling meat. By request my father did lamb chops on the grill for me many birthdays ago and to this day it was the best birthday meal I've ever had.

looks wonderful - wonder how much time it might take to do TWO such roasts on the roto?
after all, if one's good, two's gonna be great!?

Looks great. Lamb can be expensive in grocery stores, but Sam's has deboned legs for about $25 or so. It's been a while, so that may been the menu soon.
