Leftover Quicky

Had some leftover Short Ribs from this weekend, made up a quick hot dressing to use on a Taco and/or rice. The CEO wanted Rice

Roasted a red Bell Pepper, one plum tomato, diced up, one nice Garlic Scape, one large Jalapeno, one scallion and some Cilantro when almost done cooking, EVOO S&P, oh yea some diced up sud dried tomato

It is so nice eating outside every night, the table
