Leftover Leftover Pulled Pork, Coleslaw, and Bacon Pizza

For dinner last night I got a bag of leftover pulled pork from the freezer, warmed it with sauce, and served it with coleslaw and candied carrots.

For lunch today I put some of the leftover leftover pulled pork on a flat bread, grilled it until hot, then topped with coleslaw and leftover bacon from Sunday's rib and bacon cook.
Sounds strange maybe, but it was darn good!

Looks good Bob. Cole slaw works with pulled pork and bacon works with just about anything.
