For dinner last night I got a bag of leftover pulled pork from the freezer, warmed it with sauce, and served it with coleslaw and candied carrots.
For lunch today I put some of the leftover leftover pulled pork on a flat bread, grilled it until hot, then topped with coleslaw and leftover bacon from Sunday's rib and bacon cook.
Sounds strange maybe, but it was darn good!
