It’s always chili weather here in Phoenix. After shoveling 3’ of sunshine to my SmokeFire it’s grilling time all the time here, year around.

I have made left over brisket Shepard’s pie.........
Not near as good looking, very good, tastes unlike other shepherds pie for sure.

Freezer diving and found a container of brisket chili from July. Kind of surprised that I’d let it get that deep. Making some corn muffins to enjoy alongside! Pictures maybe later, if I’m not sucking the stuff down as soon as It is ready! Hey, it happens!

I didn’t picture it but the wife whipped up some jiffy cornbread muffins, with the chili. One small pan though, so it was gone faster than lickety split.
