Leftover brisket chili


 
It’s always chili weather here in Phoenix. After shoveling 3’ of sunshine to my SmokeFire it’s grilling time all the time here, year around.
 
Freezer diving and found a container of brisket chili from July. Kind of surprised that I’d let it get that deep. Making some corn muffins to enjoy alongside! Pictures maybe later, if I’m not sucking the stuff down as soon as It is ready! Hey, it happens!
