Korean Chicken Thighs with Broccoli and Chicken Rice

Got the recipe from Pat G, Thanks Pat
The players, Barb deboned some chicken thighs and into the marinade. We marinated them for about six hours.

On to the JJ indirect with some carrots. No smoke on this cook.

Served with reserved thickened marinade with steamed broccoli, grilled carrots, green onion over a seasoned chicken broth rice.
Outstanding dish with great flavors the Sriracha gave it just enough heat, but didn’t overwhelm the other flavors.
Next time I’ll add some cashews for a little more crunch.

Great idea Pat, if I hadn't just done this dish I would have tried it on some CSRs I'm doing tomorrow. But I do have what I think is a killer recipe for those.
 
Looks great Rich. Love Korean food and your plate looks delicious. I've got Pat's link bookmarked for a future cook sometime down the road.
