Korean BBQ Chicken Stir Fry

Well I finish all my decorating and now it’s time to get back to cooking. Decided on a Korean BBQ. Starting with the ingredients for the marinade. I used thighs which I de-boned. Then cut up veggies for the stir fry.

I cooked the thighs on the JJ. Had to show you the light Rich made for late cooks that swings down so we can cover everything.

Baste chicken about 3 or 4 times and when it reached 165 off and into the house.

Chicken cut along with veggies, ready for the stir fry.

Everything into the pot, of course the wind picks up real bad so back into the house to finish. Besides it’s cold out there.

Mix the chicken and veggies with some Hokkien Stir Fry noodles and plated. This was an easy healthy dinner and will be doing it again.

I am a bit bias as my wife is Korean and I love the flavors that Koreans use in there foods . Great stuff Barb well done.
