Broke it in with Carne Asada of course. :o

The I got to use the rotisserie I got for my birthday. Kept it simple. Seasoned with garlic and slap yo mama.
Tried it tie it up but during the cook it broke. I guess the legs needed to stretch.

Nice cook Tony, roto chicken is a favorite here too! If you keep buying all those toys you're going to need a couple of acres to keep them on:D

FYI I got the three wheel casters from Harbor freight for the WSM and they work great.
 
Despite the thread title, I was pretty sure I was in for some good grub. I was wrong. That grub is GREAT!
 
Great looking chicken Tony, and as Rich said your going to start running out of space for all the new toys you keep coming up with!! Ha Ha I'm sure you would have the room, enjoy.
 
Nice, Tony. Very nice. I keep saying one of these days I will learn to tie up a chicken the right way. Can't tell you how many hairs I've burned off my fingers re-tying my chicken while it was still on the grill.
