[Jim Lampe]

grabbed a couple of Kansas City Strip Steaks earlier this week, grilled them last night.
seasoned with Penzey's Mitchell street steak seasoning

last week, I bought some Royal Oak Chef Select charcoal...

from DOITBEST.com .... that's what i'm using these days...

Steaks on

and served with only tatertots...

liz wasn't feeling very well, she passed on dinner (think she has what Oscar has/had)

too bad, these steaks were AWESOME! (just finished the leftovers )

How do you like the briqs (ash, burn time, etc...)? The one you're holding up looks like a mini carbonized dog bone. Haha.

I like it, ash ain't bad, burn time is equiv to kingsford IMO and it's all natural stuff... I though the same about a dog bone
