One of our favorites. Walk on by if it's a song you're tired of. Chicken split open and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic herb. Yup, in a rut, but this just tastes good!
		
		
	
	
		 
	
Getting a good sear. I'm not sure those Lodge grill weights (or whatever they're called) do anything, but they look cool.
		 
	
After a good sear, move to indirect with some cherry wood smoke.
		 
	
Some peppers and onions prepped with the same seasoning.
		 
	
Chicken is done, so pulling it off to rest while I grill the peppers and onions.
