Just More Grilled Chicken

One of our favorites. Walk on by if it's a song you're tired of. Chicken split open and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic herb. Yup, in a rut, but this just tastes good!

Getting a good sear. I'm not sure those Lodge grill weights (or whatever they're called) do anything, but they look cool.

After a good sear, move to indirect with some cherry wood smoke.

No way!!! I will never get tired of this "song" Great cook. Now I see a new toy I want. Those grill weights look nice.
 
Fantastic looking chicken!!! I get into the same rut too but it is a good rut to be in. I do wish I could afford being in a rib eye rut though.
 
Dale - I agree, that plate of chicken looks great! Chicken grilled the right way is some of the best eating that can be had!
 
The grill presses are more impressive than my foil covered bricks:)
And your chicken is more impressive than any that I've made lately!
