I tried a recipe from Epicurious tonight called grilled Jerk Pork Chops. This basically is a rub consisting of onion, thyme, sugar, salt, pepper, cayenne, allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon. PM me if you’re interested and I’ll be happy to share. I did some garlic potatoes and asparagus with this. The gus and taters were served with a balsamic syrup from reduced vinegar.

Done! Yep, I blew it with the potatoes. VERY hot coals!
Plated. Actually everything was very good. Even the taters were “okay” thanks to the spices and balsamic.
