The World is my Oyster, spent a year and a half in Europe, and traveled all around the U.S and Canada along with Mexico and the Caribbean. Got two South American and Asian In Laws. I love it all, there is truly great food everywhere and if you cannot embrace and enjoy it you are missing one of the great parts of life. There is literally people who have forgotten more about great food than I will ever know all around us. Including on this wonderful site. It is my great pleasure to learn a little from all of them.
Carpe Diem
