It's noon somewhere!!

Howdy folks..today is an Alaska state holiday...Sewards day...marks the signing of the treaty with Russia to hand over Alaska..anyway not at work and always admired Mr Bob C's mid afternoon cooks..always while I'm at work slaving away..so today this is for you Bob!!

Spent the morning working on cleaning up some grills, just peddling around the house and decided lunch sounds good!! Found some new Hot Dogs at Walmart (Chris posted these on the grilling forum a week or so ago and had to try em)!

Getting things fired up!

All ready for the grill..mini buffalo burgers left over from the other nite!

Decided to get out my little joe and fire it up today!!

Tossed on a 1/2 chimney of coals and added some dogs!!

Smokey joe doing it's thing!

At the end I warmed up the burgers and added some shredded cheese!

And served up like this..Sammie style with cheese and onion!! Fresh brew and chips!!

Chris was right on..these tasted great! Good lunch..guess I should go rake or something!!
