Introducing the newest member of the family

Hey, thanks for asking! I had to check when the last time I used it, OMG, 9 weeks, Spring was wet. To many cookers & to many irons in the fire, I still need to get the sous vide into the lineup! Anyhow, I have added some extra’s to the smoker that are available had I purchased it brand new. I really like their platform; it is kind of like buying a vehicle. I have next week off, so I have a couple of cooks planned, a brisket & some ribs. Last weekend I just installed my designed 304 SS art work that LSG just finished for me to the fire box, I also installed their 8” wheel package as well which now locks & makes the beast easier to move across the patio.IMG_6329.jpgIMG_6330.jpg

Awesome!! I’m really hoping they can do my 49ers logo when I order my pellet grill.
Keep us updated, looking forward to seeing it in action.

I also wouldn’t mind if your next “introducing a new member of the family” photo is of me!!
I could get used to that backyard and all your great looking food.

They can do the the 49er's logo or just about anything you want, I believe they suggest that the file you send them needs to be in a png or svg format.

I know basically nothing about stick burners except what I have seen on U Tube but this looks like the right size and way over built to last a life time. Very impressive. OnlT thing better that coal is wood.

Nice. I have no gassers or pellet poopers but I haven’t tried an offset yet.

That should be my next move as I enjoy the fire management 👍
