I've been eating bland lately since being diagnosed with having an ulcer.
Nothing spicy, no booze, no hard to digest red meats, no full fat dairy products, etc.
Doing much better so it was time for some lean beef, as in filet mignon.

Unable to correct the lighting from my flashlight (grill light is on the fritz, and I dislike flash)

Only greens was dried chives on the spud.

This mornings beef, butterkase cheese and egg McBob.

Good for you and taking care of yourself. Having recently being diagnosed with diabetes I understand new directions in gustatory delights! I want one giant baked potato with all the rest! I had half a twice baked and that threw my numbers right out the window! It was delicious but, Damn!
