I definitely should but I'm not close to his number at this pointThere's only one way to find out, make him an offer.

I’m guessing he’s within $100 of listed price. That thing is probably a 1/1, unless Weber has one stuck away somewhere. It's been relisted over and over again. I wonder what kind of offer he would entertain
I know you would find a way to make it work if you could live with the money. If I lived driving distance to him in Pennsylvania I damn Sure would put in an offer
Weber keeps some of everything they have ever made in a warehouse on their campus here in Palatine. I would love to be able to go there and grab just one of their goodies.I’m guessing he’s within $100 of listed price. That thing is probably a 1/1, unless Weber has one stuck away somewhere.
If you think it's hard to fire up a high level restoration imagine if you had an NOS classic! That would be a tough oneWeber keeps some of everything they have ever made in a warehouse on their campus here in Palatine. I would love to be able to go there and grab just one of their goodies.
Who does one have to talk to about being able to see that warehouse!?If you think it's hard to fire up a high level restoration imagine if you had an NOS classic! That would be a tough one
I for sure would never use it, I would put it somewhere inside the house and just look at it. That's why you always have another one you aren't afraid to use.If you think it's hard to fire up a high level restoration imagine if you had an NOS classic! That would be a tough one
I think this question was meant for @Steve HochWho does one have to talk to about being able to see that warehouse!?
I have a friend who was the quality control manager there for many years. They let him go after he went to China to help get the factory there up and running. He would have been my in.Who does one have to talk to about being able to see that warehouse!?
If I lived close I would try to get a tourI have a friend who was the quality control manager there for many years. They let him go after he went to China to help get the factory there up and running. He would have been my in.
If I knew anyone that would enjoy going through there as much as I would, I'm sure it could be arranged. It's not a go by yourself thing to me.If I lived close I would try to get a tour

Thanks, Josh. That would be crazy! Anyway, I need to be content to own a previous one-owner XXI that even has a rotisserie and owners manual.Jon I would be happy to help you anytime with nothing expected in return but this one is a 5 hour+ round trip from my house in AZ. and then it's still a long way from you. Now if I was retired I'd road trip it to you in a heartbeat. I will keep my eye out and if there is a way I'll always help you.
Who was it that modded the Jr to a 3 burner?
Absolutely that is definitely one to be excited about! Thanks, Josh. That would be crazy! Anyway, I need to be content to own a previous one-owner XXI that even has a rotisserie and owners manual.

I’ve read thru that part a couple times in the past. While it is modifying a piece of Weber history, it’s among my favorite build threads. The trials and tribulations of building an incinerator.Update 7/4/20: Link to Google Album with many many pictures: https://photos.app.goo.gl/4jkLDT6tcfh1tJfA7

I've suffered from the charcoal form of Weberitis for a while, but lately I've been tugged by the need for a bigger project. FB marketplace provided the spark to that fuel with a propane Genny Jr. and a full-size Genny natural gasser:
