I will just leave this here

Nice. What did you choose? It's one thing I love about my Samsung S series ultra phones are the absolutely incredible cameras. I've got some really nice Canon and Nikon cameras I don't even use them anymore

I agree. I'm into photography and it's nice to have a good camera without lugging around a big fragile camera and extra lenses.

I got the S25 Ultra

I was thinking about doing the upgrade from S24 Ultra to the S25 version. But, in this case I just don't see enough change between them. I even have an S22 Ultra lying around here somewhere LOL. I can tell you the 24 Ultra is incredible and if the 25 is anything close you're gonna love it

I have an S23 Ultra. It is crazy. The camera's on these phones have come soooo far. Most people don't use 25% of their capabilities. Myself included.
I don't have the patience to try and learn the ins and outs of the camera on my phone. That's one of the reasons why I always buy the best phone $50 or $60 will get me from Trac phone 😁 Everyone else in my family has some fancy iPhone. The one I have now is a Motorola, which I actually like better than the previous Samsung phones I've had.

I really liked the old motorolas too. I liked them more then the samsung phones of the same period.

I am probably the only person on Earth to lament the failure of the Windows phone. I had the Nokia version which was a very decent phone at the time. I loved having something that wasn't Apple or Android and very much liked the "tiles." I finally gave up when support by AT&T for the Windows phone got so bad that my voice mail hardly worked.

Back to iPhones, including one that was 2 payments left from being paid for when I swooshed it unknowingly into a Chick-Fil-A compactor-style trash container:mad:!

I was so damn happy when they gave me a killer deal on a s24FE --- a HUGE upgrade to the phone I've had for the last 8-9 years. I don't even mind that it has a 'slightly slower' chip or 'lower capable' cameras --- they are still AMAZING.

I was/am somewhat pissed that when I got up this morning and looked at the phone that the screen protector was starting to bubble around the camera cutout --- after only 2 months..... I figure I'll run it for a while --- I got a three pak of screen protectors so its easy enough to slap another on --- I figure I'll wait until it gets scratched or bubbles worse.

The one I have is only a couple of years old, and they do still make them. It's just not a top of the line phone with all the latest tech, which I'm fine with for the price difference. My first Motorola phone was the old razor that you kept in a holster on your belt back in 1998. You were cool if you had one of those. It's amazing how fast phones evolved to what they are today.

I'm hard on my phones but I don't get insurance for them and haven't had a problem. Good case is important for me. They have gone up in price but what hasn't.

It actually went better than I expected at verizon today. 2 new iPhones for wife and daughter and Samsung for me. Phones all free with trade-ins after me mister cheep scraped up every last discount and promotion I could use. Also lowered our bill by $10 a month with comparable plans. Had to pay for activation and taxes

Actually you're not. The Windows phone was IMO FAR superior to anything from Apple or Android (both which are UNIX/Linux based). Sadly Windows came up as an also ran. I actually had a Nokia 1020 which was basically a digital SLR that could make phone calls.
