I will just leave this here

VERSION 2

I used my last post to see some improvements I could make. See what you all think. When I have a wrap, I will get them printed on vinyl peel and stick. They will cost more because the size will allow way fewer per sheet:

PROTOTYPE

I couldn’t resist, so here is a first draft prototype. The Weber logo I already had; I just had to move the “R” registered trademark. The gas and flame are not perfect as I used the screenshot taken by @Josh Dekubber. If someone has a clearer picture of this, please let me know.

No insults taken from constructive criticism, so please let me know your suggestions and observations.

Wow Jon that was fast!! Very nice!!

I have been lurking around the past week. Checking this forum sparingly, and have paid little attention to the for sale sites.
Last weekend, Saturday December 14th my world was turned upside down. At the age of 63 my mom passed away.
It’s been the absolute hardest week of my life and even though I have only met two of you, so far, I wanted to let you know that over the last couple of years I’ve appreciated the camaraderie and support (enabling), of this site.
Cheers to one hell of a mom 🍻
Very sorry to hear of your loss

So I'm wanting to try a smoke tube and I think Bruce recommended this one. Is there anything to look for or avoid in a smoke tube? I believe this is 304 SS

LIZZQ Premium Pellet Smoker Tube 12" (Set of 2) - 5 Hours of Billowing Smoke, Hot or Cold Smoking, for Any Grill or Smoker, An Easy and Safe Way to Provide Smoking, Free eBook Grilling Ideas & Recipes https://a.co/d/gjspcYN

What is the best pellets to use? Is there a really good brand?

This is the one I posted earlier. I wouldn't worry much about the grade of SS used. Of course 304 is prefered but I don't think it will make much difference in performance...maybe a slight bit of longevity.

I would suggest a lighter wood pellet for smoking, at least to start with. Apple and Cherry are pretty mild woods and suitable for most meats. With a smoke tube, you will get a whole lot of smoke so you don't need a stronger wood like hickory or oak or even mesquite. But if you like those flavors, go for it. Recommendations on brands will vary greatly. I would just pick a decent name brand and don't buy a huge bag. 4 or 5 lbs will last forever.
