Yep, it appears to be pretty much cracked in half also..Jon, if that is a Grill out handle light, it certainly doesn't look in very good condition. I don't think it even has caps on the ends.
That Summit looks a lot like the one I picked up (and took apart). What's different about this model?Rare all stainless Weber Plantation: https://m.facebook.com/marketplace/item/671979610656739
I agree. But my buddy needed (or at least wanted) stainless rod grates. For twenty bucks and a free grill, one can't go wrong.Yah, Roy is hooked.
Those grates are good, but not great. Pretty much on par with the other 7mm grates that you have.
Thanks for the suggestion. Will show it to my friend. He might want that lid on his grill.
Thanks Jon. Will grills spilling off the deck and into the yard, I may finally strain my wife's copacetic good nature.Roy, Your Weberitis is on full swing. And with access to that perfect grill fetching van, there’s no telling how many grills you will have by this summer. I am glad you are having fun! Keep us posted on what you do with your latest haul.
Made me laugh out loud, Darren. Midnight raid on the boneyard; what could possibly go wrong?I can't wait to see what you folks can do after a night raid on Davis-Monthan AFB!

Not me. Lived in Tucson for 18 years. Something about the idea of getting shot on sight doesn't appeal to me. I'm funny that way.So help me, if I was a kids and living around there, I'd try.
I guess I didn’t look at it carefully. Free is still free, though but maybe not worth a long drive.Yep, it appears to be pretty much cracked in half also.
Yes, my yard is now filling up with grills and I don't like it. I'm going to need to get these given away or sold. My wife was lovely about it this morning. Once again, very sweet and non-plussed, but I don't like our place starting to look like a junkyard.I guess I didn’t look at it carefully. Free is still free, though but maybe not worth a long drive.
