I will just leave this here

Here may be other options and maybe quicker.

Cut vinyl is much different than stickers. I contemplated a sticker. The vinyl is nicer.

Tim,
That pretty much sums up how we have all been sucked into this maelstrom. Everybody wants the low prices. And while I think there are Chinese companies that are just trying to make a living (while enjoying low, low wages), we are all oblivious to the broader implications. I admit to being part of the problem. I am having to think a little harder about it these days, though.
I try to buy USA as much as possible, it's a priority, even if more expensive. I support cottage industries, like Chuck's Inserts and River City. I felt heartache when I saw my SnS products were made in China.

Having no experience myself, what is the difference between vinyl and stickers? I have had bumper stickers that last forever.
Stickers are just printed on pieces of sticky "paper", vinyl letters are individually CNC cut from vinyl sheet stock and hand prepared by removing the waste material for transfer onto the final object.

I'll send you one, Joe. You can check it out. Black or Silver?

Yes! And I have a lot more ideas, too! Glad that you are enjoying this as much as I am!

Two of my daughters have birthdays next month so I have to come up with something for them. I used to do scroll sawing but got tired of drilling all those little holes.

Dave, I would contact the guy and ask. I too have never seen any of those parts on a Weber grill. But, then I am not very well versed on the coal burners as you are.

My guess is they are from some kind of Grill and the seller just calls any grill a "Weber".

How not to write a sales add for your grill.
First of all no pictures
Second of all, is it green, silver or stainless steel

I went to look at this free Napoleon on FB marketplace this AM. It wasn't listed as a Napoleon, but you could tell from the logo and grates in the ad. It was missing the entire tray under the burners, and had apparently been used that way for a while. I passed on it. At least it was a nice drive.

I would have taken it. It has nice SS grates, side burner, dedicated roti burner, ceramic burner that can crust up a steak like no other burner can. and looks like it is not in bad shape. Looks to be a precursor to the Prestige 500.
