Four chicken breast and 6 thighs (debonded skin still on). The charred chicken skin and meat is my favorite. The leftover meat will be used for quesadillas tomorrow after the track and field invitational.

I guess we do also. Ever since I started keeping track of when we make them, it has been well over a hundred times. That is just counting the one recipe we use, not other taco recipes or bought tacos.
