Hi gang - I try and emulate the idols... Not much chit chat but lots of eye candy. Let's start with my new fave: top blade steak, taters and corn on Red Genny

Those artichokes...just WOW! The Salmon, simply amazing! Do those rollers roll under heat?

Well Brian, I think you hit all the food groups! Amazing looking cooks, each and every on of them. Really like how you did the rice. Love the color on the fish and rice. Great job!
 
Brian, that's the grand slam of cooks! Good grief I don't see anything that I wouldn't scarf down in a heartbeat. You got to take a break and let the rest of us catch up!
 
Everything looks so delish, top blade steaks are awesome, i prefer top blade steaks over chuck eyes.
 
Looking good Brian...that salmon looks perfect..been short this year and I refuse to buy it! Steaks looking super good as wel!
