Cindy sent me to the store on Tuesday night with the vague suggestion that "If I see some meat..." Heck yeah, I saw some meat. Dusted with Pig Salt and tucked in the fridge overnight



garlic prepped for roasting: olive oil and Weber KC, wrapped in foil. The end of last years crop is starting to sprout

almost everybody on Round Red, after the turn. The onions are for the taters which is what the roasted garlic is for, too

Great looking meal Brian! Awhile ago I picked up a boat load of pork steaks on sale and pretty much do as do, we just love em.
 
Pork steak, cast iron taters, gahhhhlick, and onions. Who needs rabbit food?!

I need to get some garlic in the garden. (I need your secrets.)
