How much do you cook?

Hi guys and girls

I can't seem to make just one thing when I am cooking outside. Last week I made homemade burgers, chicken drumsticks and jumbo hotdogs. My daughter asked for ribs so tomorrow I am going to do baby back ribs, beef ribs and also smoke some homemade sausage while I'm there. Can't help myself. Anyone else have this problem?:george:

George, when grilling I say "maximize your real estate". Fill that grate up and freeze any excess leftovers if you need to (as Tim suggested).
 
My answer: not enough! I see good sales all the time and friends have started gifting me meats that all go right into the freezer until I have time to cook 'em. Just not enough time in the week to do that, especially this time of year. Right now, I've got 2 racks of SLC ribs, 10 pounds of whole chicken legs, a couple chuck roasts, a couple other beef roasts (bolar/rump), probably 10 pounds of sausage and that's just what I can see. Good thing I get a whole week off for Christmas so I can catch up!
