How about some good music links?

That's a good cover, but sorry, I'm still a original type of guy.:)

" Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs " was released in my freshman year of college. The song " Layla " became a hit in the next year or two afterwards and went on to become a rock anthem, played many many times. I've been listening to this album for a lot of years. Along with all the different interpretations of the songs , mostly done by EC himself. He constantly changed them up.

I'm about as big a fan of EC , as there is, but for me, its refreshing to hear some new interpretations of this great music. And TTB's vocals and horns add to the music and give it some variety and a newness.

Big EC fan here too......box sets of Lp's that I refuse to open.......have almost everything from him on LP and 100% all his live stuff.
While he is the man on the axe, I lost a bit of love as most of the songs I love from are not his originals. He has his own twist on them and some of them date back to the early 1900's. His documentary is a good watch, I still love him for sure so don't get me wrong.

RIP Dusty! ZZ Top is/was a big deal for me. Started listening when I was about 12 years old, and still love that music. Rock, Blues, and Funk all rolled up into one band, it opened up a lot of new windows for me. Waitin' on the bus, Jesus Just Left Chicago, Tube Snake Boogie, Sharp Dressed Man, Groovy little hippy pad.... Heaven Hell or Houston, Velcro Fly, La Grange.... Hopefully Dusty's on his Groovy Little Hippy pad, somewhere near La Grange, they gotta lotta nice girls out there.....

It will be available for 48 hours after the show, if ya can't watch live

And it will be constantly interrupted with buffering, a problem unique to Nugs for me.

This was a a great concert, really liked it , but won't recommend doing the Nugs thing because of the buffering.

I don't know how my wife and I got on the topic, but while cleaning up after tonight's supper of Polish sausage and corn I eventually commented that if there isn't at least 1 polka with "kielbasa" in the title I'd be shocked. So without further ado:

Earlier tonight my wife showed me a Snapchat of our 4-year-old grandson singing a song with some rather odd lyrics, so naturally I had to see if they were real. They are, but not what I expected... ;)
