Hot´n´Sweet Chicken

I Emilie Cooked up some sweet and hot chicken today. Have done this one before and really like it. Served with some pasta.

Filled with grilled red bell/mango and Pickled Jalapeños

SourCream/red hot/sweet chili sauce

Could have used more heat...And Seared the chicken a bit harder. Other then that a really tasty and light dinner.
