Homebrew Grilled Pizza

The combination of three hobbies: Homebrewing, Pizza baking, and Grilling. The pizza dough was partially hydrated with homebrew American Brown Ale. I know the cook definitely was.

Being originally from New York I am definitely a pizza snob and Dwain I be happy as a pig in mud to sit down to a pizza like that. Beautiful guy.

Well... a partially hydrated home cook would be one way of doing it. Cheers !!!!
 
Thanks for the comments folks. I've bee reading about pizza making and have picked up a trick or two along the way.

I'm liking that pie a lot Dwain. How did the brew affect the dough?

It darkened it a bit but other than that it handled the same as with 100% water. My Grand Daughter said it's the best tasting pie I've ever made -- don't change a thing. ...but honestly, I did not notice a difference. LOL Of course that might have been the uh ...hydration. ;)
 
Homebrew + Grilling + Pizza = Awesome

Pretty simple math right there! Pizza looks terrific, Dwain...I love the well-browned color, as I really like the taste of cheese that's just short of burnt.
