Our son is on a low carb diet, so I cooked up some extra hog yesterday for breakfast, lunch, snacks.
Prep:

Hog steaks, hog sausages, and a hog fattie.

Peach wood on lump.

Hog riding piggyback?

Garland Jacks Hickory Spice sauce on two.

Some of each, with corn, and salt boiled Yukons.

As Al Swearengen might say:
That was some #@*$& good $#@!* eats!

Haagen-Dazs almond bar finale.
