Chuck, Check out Danny's Meats and Catering on 4 Mile Road about a quarter mile EAST of Douglas (i think it's $ Mile & Charles)... Danny's is were I bought these, they also carry fresh cut Tri Tip.

not long Eric, 'bout half an hour or so... the skillet is dry, the potatoes were EVOO'd
