used this stuff (on sale at Menards)
soaked a hickory plank for a few hours
marinated a couple of porterhouse pork chops in this stuff then lightly seasoned with Jerk Pork
a few minutes each side directly over the heat to sear, then aboard the board.
while grillin', we watched the sun set
finishing up on the chops...
served with over roasted Brussel sprouts and baked Yukons...
great smoke flavour from those planks... best thing is, they're reusable.
