Wanted to wish everyone a happy fourth and share a couple of pics of my Fourth of July grub. I cooked a couple racks of baby backs before shooting some fireworks with the kids. Plan on shooting a few more after it gets dark. The fourth was always my favorite holiday growing up. I loved shooting fireworks and getting together with family. Still enjoy them but I can't run away as fast after lighting the fuse :). Anyhow, here's a couple of pics....

Two racks of baby backs seasoned with just S&P and cooked over KBB and hickory+apple wood.


Sliced up nice and perty


Plated with tomatoes and cucumbers from our garden, baked sweet potato, and Head Country sauce on the side




Was planning to grill corn on the cob but decided to save that for tomorrow

Great looking lunch!!! I really like just S&P on my ribs and Head Country is a favorite too, but I can't get it locally.
