snatched everything off together...



plated with roasted Brussels & broccoli...

Looks perfect, Jim! I don't think I've ever seen a hanger steak in the wild here! .....pretty sure I've eaten one or two along the way, but never cooked one. Maybe I'll have to order one from somewhere!
