Hamburglars with the CEO

Just me and the Boss this weekend, a rare thing nowadays. Decided on some nice Hamburglars with Guac.

All lined up, one Serrano, garlic, cilantro, scallions, 80-20 ground beef, Worcestershire, lime, S&P Avocado etc.

Got the Genesis cranked up for a hot quicky, lots of blooming and fruiting going on around here

Onions on the baby CI and the rest getting fired up, and tonights brew of choice

Done and heading to the table
