Hamburgers: plain and simple

Hi gang - Cindy had thawed a package of sausage from Lucky but we didn't have any plans for it - so I made one. I picked up a lb. of 90/10 and mixed the two together. I also picked up rolls from our Panaderia. In a premixed condition: white onion, pickled jalapeno and pickled garlic



mixed and spanked. I was aiming for roll shaped. As you'll see, I missed



Happy sunny grillin' day to you. I hope I didn't frighten any of the kiddies!

I had to split the patties: too short for the roll

Nothing plain nor simple about those burgers! The look absolutely delicious. I should know better than to come in here and start looking around at 5:00pm :). Now I'm starving...
 
Thanks for the shout out my friend, love the combo's in those burgers. I do the same thing and hollow out those rolls too. Very nice
