Well Bob made the http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?48612-Chicken-Thigh-Spiedini http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?48612-Chicken-Thigh-Spiedini look so good, just had to try it!
Almost chickened out on doing it on the grill, because it's like 17 degrees outside and we got a couple of inches of snow yesterday, but all you guys doing it in the snow inspired me. Plus I wanted to be a part of the 'snow club'
view of the weber getting warm and the sun setting

marinated the chicken in some home-made Italian dressing (didn't have any in the house)

all coated up with the panko and parm. I also added some parsley flakes for color

indirect

direct to get some color

added the garlic, butter, and lemon juice (i also heard you can't forget that step!)

all plated up with some cous cous and roasted broccoli

AHHHHH! so sorry I keep getting blurry picks! Gonna have to ask my wife to start photographing for me. I hate to admit I hadn't done it sooner, she's a photographer. Better cameras, better eye. Oh well if you're married you might know why I haven't yet... (just kidding, she'd be happy to help. Maybe I'm too proud?)
Anyway...chicken came out great! Thanks Bob for the great idea.
Thanks for looking and enjoy the rest of your week.
