We did a quick meal using the WSM.
Chicken thighs seasoned with chef Merito fish seasoning and webers zesty lemon.
Used lump charcoal for fire


This took me about 1 hour 15 min. For the first 30 min I was turning them every 5 minutes. Then the lid went on and turned every 10 minutes until it reached a safe internal temp.
