This was an experiment with one green tomato.
Sliced, dried, brushed with garlic olive oil, and breaded, with a grind of pepper on top.
Indirect for a few minutes.
Then direct to brown up.
Topped with a mix of mayo and bbq sauce.
On a scale of 1 to 10 this was a 12!
The sweetness of the mayo & bbq sauce balanced the tartness of the tomato perfectly.
