This was an experiment with one green tomato.
Sliced, dried, brushed with garlic olive oil, and breaded, with a grind of pepper on top.

On a scale of 1 to 10 this was a 12!
The sweetness of the mayo & bbq sauce balanced the tartness of the tomato perfectly.
 
Looks good! I'm going to show this to Pammi, but I really doubt she'd let me grill a green tomato. She's a southern girl, and has to fry her green maters!
