Didn't do too much yesterday but log time in my chair and watch football. Did manage to get out and grill up some snacks to munch on. I handled the ABT's and Chicken Wings and my wife made some delicious potato skins with a onion, kale, cream cheese dip. Everything was delicious. We ate about half of it and then polished off the rest a few hours later for dinner. I'm still full!

Made up the ABT's on Saturday and put in fridge overnight. When I picked up my jalapenos, they were the steroid version. Trimmed about an inch off most of them to get them down to size. The peppers were stuffed with Beef Smokies, Spicy Jalapeno Cream Cheese, bbq rub, sharp cheddar.

Grilled up about 3 1/2 lbs of wings.

Peppers took about an hour and 15 minutes for the bacon to crisp up.

This was about the 30 minute mark.

Pulled after about 55 minutes and immediately drenched in a Buffalo Sauce made from butter, minced garlic, Franks, salt, onion powder, chili powder and sugar.

That's it. Hope you all had a great weekend. We did. Now, let's bring on baseball! Thanks for looking everyone.

That is some cooked to perfection Super Bowl grub Cliff. And I might add some serious bravely too with center section out. If I did that, only God knows how many of those would have ended up in the fire, LOL
