Frozen Bones Rib Competition - Van Dyne, WI

I will competing in the rib challenge portion of this event on this Saturday 3/2 in Van Dyne,WI against 51 talented teams! The good news is it is forecasted to be 63°!… So not so frozen!

Best of luck! I once repped a contest in Boise in February. It was freezing for everyone, especially the cooks. Fortunately, there was a Dutch Oven world champion who kept everyone warm with FREE chili, cornbread, stew and a breakfast casserole.
