How was the Frito version, Rich?? That sounds tempting.Chicken looks great Barb and I do that KFC all the time. We've used crushed corn flakes, cheerios, Fritos, tortilla chips with various seasonings and commercial batters. We use plain yellow mustard to hold thee coating on instead of eggs.
Always comes out great.
