Haven't posted a cook for a while, so I thought I would post last night's rib eye roast.
Seasoned with salt and pepper.
Indirect on the Performer. I added a couple of apple wood chunks.
Just off the grill.
Resting for 20 minutes.

I took it off at 130 instead of 125 because my wife doesn't like medium rare. Came out great! I don't cook these roasts often enough. Thanks for looking.
