Haven't posted a cook for a while, so I thought I would post last night's rib eye roast.

Seasoned with salt and pepper.

I took it off at 130 instead of 125 because my wife doesn't like medium rare. Came out great! I don't cook these roasts often enough. Thanks for looking.
 
Rib roasts are one of my favorite food groups. That is one is particularly good looking.

What kinda pie izzat? Homemade?
