I’ve never made red chimichurri before. Really fun and easy. 42BBA6C1-6710-4371-A97D-0CFAF9FB3CEA.jpegBlended it up then added a little olive oil340C90E3-32FA-4131-8272-ADE199E1A2B2.jpegFlank marinated all day, really soaked up the juices!5AFEEDA5-FCFC-45B8-BA2B-F516AD5A3DC0.jpegD696DA0D-6D2A-453C-A256-C5433196E030.jpegRubbed it with my Santa Maria rub and cooked hot and fast on the Genesis Gold B!

That looks fantastic!

I've only semi-recently gotten into making homemade chimichurri, and it's been a great way to pump up the flavor of my meat cooks.

My son commented "Dad, can I be angry at you for not making this years ago?"
