Great Southern Oregon night for a winter ale to kick things off!I’ve been pretty obsessed for the last year with Spiceology and their interesting rubs! Got a new one last week!Halved some taters and did them indirect on the Gold B…Pulled this baby at 140 and let rest for about 10 minutes.I was pretty into this meal!It sliced like butter and was great with the taters and steamed broccoli !Have a great night! Weber rules!!!
