Seems like forever since I’ve posted so why not do my favorite pork roast?

I know this is all about BBQ, but I must say I very much like your choice of tunes and that Winter Ale, Oh Yeah! The pork & tatters are over the top. Nicely done Richard
 
I also admire the posting of the 5% and tunes, I like to do the same, it all works into a great day of cooking at my house.
Looks stellar....I have a pork center, very lean waiting for my to rotisserie.......keeping a shade of pink is always nice.

Looks tasty. I have some of Bend Brewings Ching Ching sour in my fridge. Well use some of it with our Brussels sprouts on Thanksgiving. The rest is for the chef 🤣
